When I first invited Denise to my home, the living and dining rooms were practically a blank slate. The space was impersonal and cold. I wanted a warm, comfortable space, one to entertain in, one to relax in. The new décor is very tasteful and simple. In fact, we brought very few new pieces into the house; most of what is now there has been in the house: in different locations, or packed away. Denise helped me see pieces, -large and small, furniture and accessories- in spaces I couldn’t previously imagine them, and helped me see how objects and fixtures , finishes and colors coordinated.
